Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of the package being delivered to you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition received
- Be in its original packaging
- Include all original accessories (if applicable)
Sale / Discounted Items
All sale, discounted, or clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Return Shipping Fee
Customers are responsible for a $2 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, no return shipping fee will be charged.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your package with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, orders are processed and cannot be canceled.
